Federal filings

Employers with benefit plans file Form 5500 with the U.S. Department of Labor. Schedule A of that filing names the insurance agents and brokers on each plan. We list the brokers named on 2024 filings for Texas employers’ health, dental, vision, life and disability plans. We never publish employer names, plan details or commissions.

State license check

We match each broker to the Texas Department of Insurance license file and show the license type and status when we find a match.

Google rating

When a broker’s office has a Google Business Profile, we show its rating, review count, phone and website, straight from Google and linked to the source.
